May 7-13, 2023 is Emergency Preparedness Week.
Emergency Preparedness Week is an opportunity to encourage Canadians to take concrete actions to be better prepared to protect themselves and their families during emergencies.
The City of Steinbach will be sending out a test message to residents using the Steinbach Alert Now Emergency Notification System on Thursday, May 11th, between 5 and 6pm.
The City of Steinbach encourages all its residents to make preparations in case of an emergency. Spend time this week creating a plan for you and your family. And don't forget to sign up for Steinbach Alert Now, the city's emergency notification service. In an emergency, the city will send out notifications to inform and assist residents. Sign up today!
