The City of Steinbach would like to inform residents that a portion of Loewen Boulevard, between Albert Street and Henry Street, will have a single lane closure due to work being done at the lift station starting today, Monday, January 8. Work is expected to be done Wednesday, January 17.
Street parking will be unavailable in the affected area. Travel from East-to-West and West-to-East, as well as access to Hospital Street, Albert Street, and Henry Street will remain available. The walkway crossing Loewen Boulevard at Henry Street will also remain open.
The City thanks motorists and pedestrians in advance for following all posted signage, exercising caution, and reducing speed in the area.
