UPDATE - DECEMBER 23, 2022: The City's other free outdoor rink, located beside the Jake Epp Library, is also now open for the season! Please remember this rink is for pleasure skating only as no sticks or pucks are allowed.
UPDATE - DECEMBER 22, 2022: The outdoor rink's change room building is now open and ready for use!
The City of Steinbach’s Parks and Recreation Department is so thrilled to share the new outdoor rink is now open to the public!
The brand new, full-size rink is on the corner of Barkman and Elmdale. On-site parking is available and lights line the rink, set to turn off at 10pm daily.
Benches are located between the building and the rink for your skate-lacing needs!
